Return & Exchange Policy

Since these custom creations are tailored to your specifications we will not take returns for "changing your mind".

I want you to love your Witty Bee creations so I will involve you in the creation process.

Each customer is kept up to date in the creation process and before items are shipped there will be a final confirmation/acceptance of product.

Therefore I will do returns for; damaged or lost in transition. The refund or remake will be based on communication within 30 days of the last shipping update.

My goal is to ensure that you feel confident in your purchases. I appreciate your understanding of our handmade nature of products, and I encourage open communication to resolve any issues.
